iPad3 Dock Connector Replacement Decomposition method and repair method

Repair methods such as iPad3 cannot be charged, iTunes does not recognize, etc.

[STEP 1]: This is how to replace the dock connector on the iPad3.First of all, a strong double-sided tape is attached to the part filled with red, so I warm it with a dryer and float the double-sided tape.
If you have a heat gun, work efficiency will increase.
Please note that if it is too hot, burns and parts will deform or break due to heat.
Before you start working, leave the iPad shut down.

[STEP 2]: Next, we will start removing the LCD panel using suction cups.
Suction cups are sold at home centers and are mainly used by glass shops.
There are things from large to small, but small ones are enough to disassemble the iPad.
When the touch panel glass on the surface is broken, it does not stick firmly, so the work becomes difficult and patience is necessary.
In addition, please note that the glass on the surface is very thin and easy to crack.

[STEP 3]: Decomposition of this liquid crystal panel is the most important (glass easily broken) in disassembling the iPad, so we will work carefully.
Do you see that the touch panel on the surface is farther than the main body?
It is the momentum that I want to remove at once as it is, but I will peel it off carefully little by little using a dryer, heat gun, etc.
We make a gap little by little, insert a pick, etc. into the gap, so that the glass does not stick again.
Please be careful not to insert the pick etc. deeply into the main body.Cables and parts may be damaged.
Because there is rubber between the touch panel and the main body of the surface, please be careful not to deform or cut a thousand.

[STEP 4]: It is a good idea to put a thin one like a thin guitar pick in the part where the touch panel of the surface is peeled off and floated.
If you plug it too deeply, you will cut the parts and wiring in it, so insert about 5mm as a guide.
In this way, if you do not peel off little by little, the touch panel will suddenly crack.

[STEP 5]: This is an image with the touch panel removed.
The touch panel extends from the lower left side and the red area to the main unit, and is connected to the main base of the iPad (logic board).
There are four screws in the green mule part, so remove the liquid crystal display with this.

[STEP 6]: The LCD display is still connected to the main base (logic board) of the iPad by cable.
First, release the battery and the main base logic board.
Remove the red mule screw and insert a pick or other insulating object between the battery and the logic board.
The green part is the part where the logic board (main base) and the liquid crystal display are connected.
Because it is locked by the nail, I raise the nail up and pull it out and pull it out.

[STEP 7]: This is an image of the cable on the LCD display.
Underneath the cable, the cable from the board of various switch parts such as the cable of the touch panel and the camera is connected.

[STEP 9]: Next, remove the cable connected to the touch panel and the camera, power button board, and volume board on the top of the main unit in the same way.
The cable may enter the gap between the case and the main base, so if you remove it carefully, the touch panel will come off.
You can leave the upper cable removed.

[STEP 11]: If you remove everything, you can check the logic board and battery of the main board.I think that the screw of the logic board has already been removed two places to separate it from the battery, but there are two screws on the lower side of the main body (left side in the image), so Remove this.

[STEP 12]: The connector of the wiring of the part which is surrounded by red is lifted up and removed, but there is a possibility that it will cut if you work with the wiring at this time,
Be sure to work with the terminal part.
You can now take out the logic board of the main foundation.
I think that it is glued with double-sided tape, so please remove it carefully.

[STEP 13]: When the logic board comes off, you can remove the battery.
Since the battery is glued to the main body with double-sided tape, remove it so as not to damage or deform the battery using a thin spatula.
Now, the battery can be replaced.

[STEP 14]: Remove the dock connector.
It is stopped by the "+" screw in the place where two red circles are deep.

[STEP 14]: Remove the screw so as not to crush it with a thin screwdriver.
When the screw is removed, pull it out to the front and the connector part will come off with the cable.
Be careful not to pull it forcibly at that time because it may be caught in the rubber of the main body and the gap.
