How to repair and disassemble when iPhone6s does not sound or cannot be heard
iPhone6s loudspeaker replacement and disassembly procedure
[iPhone6s Loudspeaker Replacement STEP 1]
Since the iPhone6s itself is still a new model, the loudspeaker is not a part that breaks down that much, If you switch to a speaker and you do not hear sound, you may need to replace parts, so please check the following contents once.
If the sound is no longer coming out of the speaker like the previous, please restart once, take a backup and try to initialize.
If the symptoms still do not improve, it may be physically out of order, so it is necessary to perform parts replacement.
[iPhone6s Loudspeaker Replacement STEP 2]
When disassembling the iPhone6s, we always remove the battery.
This time, the battery – i removed each for clarity, but there is no problem in the work of removing only the connector part depending on the contents of the decomposition.
Please refer to the decomposition process because it introduces it by the battery replacement.
[iPhone6s Loudspeaker Replacement STEP 3]
There is a Taptic Engine under the battery, but it is fixed with two screws, so it will be removed.
By the way, the Taptic Engine is a feeling when pressed mounted from iPhone6s.
If you can remove the screw, you can remove the rest by hand.
[iPhone6s Loudspeaker Replacement STEP 4]
From here on, remove the loudspeaker itself.
First of all, let's remove all the screws of the red circle part!
There is an arrow only in one place of the red circle part, but the metal fittings can be seen when the screw is removed.
This part can be easily removed by pulling in the direction of the arrow because only the metal fittings are sandwiched from the side.
[iPhone6s Loudspeaker Replacement STEP 5]
There is a place where only one screw is hidden on the lower side of the loudspeaker, but please do not forget to remove it because the screw appears as in the image when you turn over the black seal!
Now you can move the loudspeaker greatly.
[iPhone6s Loudspeaker Replacement STEP 6]
I think that I was able to move the loudspeaker as shown in the image, but I think that I can confirm that a long cable extends to the top of the loudspeaker.
[iPhone6s Loudspeaker Replacement STEP 7]
Finally, the cable of the previous is connected to the logic board, but it is sandwiched next to the logic board and connected to the logic board at the end.
This connector can be easily removed if it is caused from the bottom to the top.
If it is possible to completely separate the loudspeaker, the work is completed if you replace it with a newly prepared part and incorporate it with the original procedure.
