I use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screw, but i need a long screwdriver because the depth of the hole is decent.

Summary
Because the FU-Z51CX has two layers of filters, I thought that dust stopped with a filter, but when I tried to disassemble it, I found that the inside was quite dirty.
If you do not disassemble up to this point and clean it, it is the same as the filter exchange alone, so I think that the decomposition difficulty is not a model that is high, so I recommend disassembly if the filter is replaced.
In addition, I washed the deodorizing filter with water, but the water became quite black.
